If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase please feel free to return it to us.

But do let us know why you want to return the item and we would make a refund of your purchase money quickly. And if you have received a product by mistake, for which you did not place an order for, please accept a refund from us or we may also offer you a prompt replacement. Just ensure that it is properly wrapped when you are sending it back to us.

Please ask for a replacement if you find on receipt that there is a defect in the product. But let us tell you that this is very rare as there are rigorous quality checks before anything is dispatched. But if it still happens, we will promptly send you a replacement.

Do you want to cancel an order even after you have completed the process of customization? Yes, you can still do so. Cancel your order and then customize a different one, and we will dispatch the new item to you. However we will have to charge you the labor charges for customizing the order that was already placed and for which the process had already started.
