Shipping Policy

Our shipping policy has been designed to make it customer friendly and ensure that all your purchases reaches you quickly and safely. Special attention is given to packaging so that they reach you without any damage in transit. And contrary to others, we do not charge extra for oversize products.

USPS, DHL, UPS and FedEx – we use them to dispatch our products. While orders for United States are shipped from California, all international orders first reach our chain of distributors who are based in different parts of the world who then distribute them to the respective destinations. Please refuse the order if you find it damaged on arrival. However if you came to know of the damage after you have accepted it, please call us immediately and we shall make the necessary arrangements so that you can get a replacement quickly.
